Required Information

  • WE WILL NOT BEGIN ANY WORK WITHOUT WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS.
  • YEAR, MAKE, AND MODEL AND STATING  ALL WORK TO BE DONE,
  • Be sure to include your day time phone number
  • Check off if you would like us to supply piston and or gaskets

Ordering

  • Internet prices apply to orders submitted from the website only.
  • Please email us with your order, including your phone number, and we will call to confirm your credit card.
  • Email your order to Customer service @ Racers toy Store

Packaging & Shipping

  • Double boxed for protection against breakage.
  • Use crumpled up cardboard or newspaper for padding
  • Do not uses foam peanuts, as they disintegrate during shipping.

2-Stroke Cylinders

  • When sending in your cylinder please remove all Stud, Bolts, & Power valves
  • Include your piston if we are not supplying one.
  • If you would like to have us remove all parts, Please leave the head and power valves intact.

        All parts we be thoroughly ultrasonic cleaned and reinstalled.
.         $35.00 charge for R&R of studs, clean & tap bolt holes, power valve cleaning, dowel pins & manifolds

4-Stroke Heads

  • Please leave assembled so as not to lose small parts during shipping.
  • Should be double boxed for protection against fin breakage.
  • If you have the complete gasket set send us the valve seals out of your kit.

Shipping

  • It's best to send your parts by UPS. You can insure all packages for at least $500 (cost .35¢ per $100)
  • When sending anything, be sure to get the UPS tracking number. You can then track your package through    
    UPS web site ups.com if there are any problems.

  • We will call when work is complete & ready to ship.

  • All orders are shipped UPS Ground  whenever possible,  Next Day & 2nd Day is available.
