| CYLINDER REPLATING $195.00 Every cylinder is Diamond Honed and ports are chamfered & polished Cylinder Deck & Cylinder Head are then surfaced to a matching set. (Head surfacing is included with plating) Other shops charge for this head surface, we believe this is a must do service. Many times we have seen other cylinder rebuilds ruined by reinstalling a warped cylinder head. This is probably what caused the cylinder to seize in the first place, only to be overlooked and reinstalled again. Remove all parts If you would like to have us remove all, Power Valves, Studs, Dowel pins & Covers All parts we be thoroughly ultrasonic cleaned and reinstalled $35.00 charge . We do not bead blast power valves as many models have a hard anodizing that would be destroyed causing rapid wear on expensive parts. Our ultrasonic cleaning is second to none for removal of carbon deposits without bead blasting. |
